Paul Schwinne

Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2001, Paul Schwinne is the Commercial Broker and owner of Quantum Commercial Real Estate, a full service commercial brokerage.

Paul graduated from Georgia Tech in 1984 with a Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering. He practiced engineering for 10 years in designing and manufacturing jet engine components. Paul was promoted into management and acquired ownership in the firm. The aerospace firm was acquired in 1998 and Paul was promoted to President.

In 2001 Paul begin his commercial real estate career. In 2004 he earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Paul is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,500 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation. In addition Paul currently is an officer with the Georgia CCIM Chapter.

Paul resides in Peachtree City where he is a member of the Peachtree City Development Authority and a member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club. He also is a member of the legal action committee for the Georgia Association of Realtors.

Nicole began her career in real estate, construction, and development in 1988 as an assistant project manager for Group VI Corporation in Peachtree City, Georgia. In her 11 years with the firm she moved from construction assistant to Vice President of Marketing and IT. She was also a member of the Group VI Real Estate team once she bacame a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson in 2006.

Nicole is currently in charge of marketing and IT at South-Tree Enterprises and is an account representative for Parkside Management Group. She resides in Newnan with her son.
